Founded in 1979, the brand is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year!
TARANIS initially specialised in gluten-free foods for people with coeliac disease. In 1985, TARANIS created the low protein food market in France, and is still the only French brand in the inborn errors of protein metabolism segment. The brand joined LACTALIS Group in 2007 to promote innovation. Since 2015, the TARANIS team has been working to develop its international presence and make its products available wherever patients need them. To date, we are already present in more than 20 countries.
