Ingredients
- 2 Bread rolls
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 15 black olives
- 30g of tomatoes sauce
- 3 slices of Cheese substitute
- Salt, pepper, basil, olive oil
Preparation
- Slice the bread rolls in two lengthways. Heat in the toaster twice.
- Finely slice the onion and tomato.
- Spread the warm rolls with tomatoes sauce. Arrange the onion in slices, then the cheese substitute, the tomato slices, the lettuce and drizzle olive oil on top.
