Peppers rice substitute domes

Ingredients

  • 200g of Taranis rice substitute
  • 800ml of Taranis Dalia liquid or 80 g of Dalia powder (to reconstitute)
  • 800g peppers
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Plunge the pepper into boiling water for 1 or 2 minutes, peel and dice.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, pour in the rice substitute to brown for a few minutes and add diced peppers.
  3. Pour the Dalia over the mixture and cook, covered. Stir occasionally, until the Dalia is completely absorbed.
  4. Fill small ramekins with the rice and pepper mixture, turn out and serve.
