Ingredients
- 200g of Taranis rice substitute
- 800ml of Taranis Dalia liquid or 80 g of Dalia powder (to reconstitute)
- 800g peppers
- 4 teaspoons of olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
- Plunge the pepper into boiling water for 1 or 2 minutes, peel and dice.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, pour in the rice substitute to brown for a few minutes and add diced peppers.
- Pour the Dalia over the mixture and cook, covered. Stir occasionally, until the Dalia is completely absorbed.
- Fill small ramekins with the rice and pepper mixture, turn out and serve.
