Ingredients
- 1 sachet Meat Substitute
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 slices Cheese substitute
- a few baby spinach leaves
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 1 bunch of chives
- 2 breads rolls
- 5 ml oil
Preparation
- Reconstitute the meat substitute by adding 100ml of water, the capers and the chopped chives. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Shape into 4 mini “steaks” and cook in a frying pan in a little fat.
- Cut the rolls into4 equal slices. Toast them.
- Peel and slice the cucumber. Make the mini pan bagnats starting with some spinach leaves, then half a slice of cheese subsitute, a mini steak, some cucumber slices and top with the other slice of bread. Make for mini pan bagnats.
