Ingredients
- 100g bread and pastry Mix
- 150ml liquid Dalia
- 10g egg substitute
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 carrot (150g)
- 1 swede (150g)
- 2 pinches of salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peel the carrot and swede and then coarsely grate them.
- In a bowl, combine the Mix with the egg substitute, baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Moisten with the Dalia until a reasonably thick batter is obtained.
- Add the grated vegetables.
- Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
