Ingredients
- 10g egg substitute
- 40ml water
- 50g bread and pastry Mix
- 20g sugar
- 20ml Dalia
- 1 teaspoon aniseed seeds
- 250g Morello cherries
Preparation
- Combine the egg substitute with the water to reconstitute the preparation. Add the Mix, Dalia, sugar and anise seed.
- Grease a gratin dish and add the pitted cherries. Pour the preparation on top and bake for 20 minutes at 150°C (gas mark 5).
