Ingredients
- 1 sachet Meat substitute
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 pieces sun-blushed tomatoes in oil
- Ground black pepper
- 10ml oil
Preparation
- Finely chop the parsley, sun-blushed tomatoes and shallot. Crush the garlic.
- Reconstitute the meat substitute by adding 100ml of water. Immediately stir in the other ingredients and shape two steacks with your hands.
- Fry in a frying pan for 5 minutes on each side and serve with ketchup.
