Ingredients
- 1 sachet Meat Substitute
- 1 courgette
- 2 carrots
- 2 turnips
- 1/2c. teaspoon cumin
- 1/2c. teaspoon coriander
- 1/2c. teaspoon ginger
- 1/2c. teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2c. teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- Reconstitute the meat substitute by adding 100ml of water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Shape the kefta meatballs. Bring 500ml of water to a boil. Add the spices.
- Peel the carrots and turnips and cut into large chunks. Cut the courgette into large batons. Cook the vegetables in the spiced broth.
- Salt and, at the last moment, add the meat substitute keftas. Let cook for a further 5 minutes.
Serve with: couscous
