This year, we offer you the following menu:
The starter varies with the seasons; for this winter, we have chosen a sauté of rice substitute, onion, carrot and turnip.
The main course, a couscous with dried apricots, is festive and exceptional because it is richer in protein than the daily diet. To reduce the amount of protein and according to the advice of your healthcare professionals, you can replace the dried apricots with vegetables.
The dessert is a plain cake to be decorated with edible glitter, fondant, or store-bought sugar only decorations.
We have also prepared, for the sweet tooths, a recipe for delicious cinnomon rolls and a breakfast with the new TARANIS rusks.
